Xavier Folch will be appointed as Deputy CEO of Tepsa, effective 15 September. Xavier will join the Tepsa
Group Management Committee and will serve as a statutory director of the company.
As Tepsa continues to expand its footprint, strengthen its infrastructure network, and support the evolving
needs of its customers, the addition of experienced leadership is key to delivering on our ambitions.
Xavier brings a wealth of experience in industrial operations, infrastructure management, and business
development, in the energy sector.
His international perspective, operational expertise, and deep knowledge of the midstream sector in France
and Europe will be instrumental as we accelerate our growth strategy and pursue new opportunities across
our markets.
The liquid bulk storage industry is evolving. At Tepsa, we are committed to investing in our assets,
enhancing operational excellence, and developing the infrastructure required to support the energy transition
and the future needs of our customers.

Xavier Folch graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris. He has 30 years of experience in the energy sector.
He began his career in 1995 at ExxonMobil, where he developed an international track record in France,
Benelux, Italy, Africa and the US, holding various roles, notably in technical, logistics and supply. He
became CEO of Trapil, in 2023
