As a Sales Manager, you will join the sales team and you will be a key figure in identifying new profitable and sustainable business opportunities, aligned with the group's growth strategy. You will lead complex commercial projects and actively collaborate with the different departments to drive new operations, products and customers in our port terminals.
Your main responsibilities:
- Research and identify new markets, trends and potential customers.
- Management of existing customers.
- Design and present Business Cases for new projects.
- Conduct market research, search for new traffic and detect opportunities to ensure maximum occupancy of the terminals.
- Representing the company at national and international trade fairs and events in the sector.
- Coordinate the launch of new products and services in collaboration with the technical and legal areas.
Requierements:
- University education
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions, performing commercial functions with large accounts, preferably in industrial, logistics or energy environments.
- Fluent English (essential for negotiating in an international environment).
- Analytical capacity, results orientation and negotiation skills.
- Availability to travel.
