On March 7, Tepsa France had the pleasure of participating in the Village de la Chimie (Chemistry Village) in Paris for the first time! Organized by France Chimie, this event brings together companies, schools, and industry professionals to introduce students to careers and apprenticeships in the chemical sector.
Our team, represented by Pierre Eugène (New Works & Maintenance Engineer) and Adeline de Furst (HR Director), engaged with many enthusiastic students eager to learn more about the industry. Pierre shared his career journey, offering valuable insight into opportunities as an engineer within Tepsa France.

Adeline highlighted Tepsa’s commitment to nurturing young talent: “It’s always inspiring to engage with young people at these events, hear their perspectives, and see their enthusiasm for the industry. Their curiosity and fresh ideas remind us why investing in future talent is so important.”
Attending Village de la Chimie reinforced our role as a key player in the chemical industry. Tepsa is actively involved in innovative projects, investing in cutting-edge technologies to support the energy transition, notably innovative biofuel or synthetic fuel storage solutions. These projects rely on high-level engineering skills to design infrastructures capable of handling complex products while minimizing their environmental impact. At Tepsa, innovation also requires scientific precision. Laboratory technicians play a central role, performing rigorous analyses to guarantee the quality and compliance of stored products.
Do you want to be part of this exciting journey? If you’re passionate about chemistry and eager to contribute to impactful projects, Tepsa is the place to grow your career. Join us in shaping the future of this essential industry!
